Using our services
By accessing KreditBud Performance's platform or engaging our team for campaign services, you agree to use the service only for lawful advertising and traffic-acquisition purposes.
Campaign terms
Pricing models (CPA, CPL, CPI) and reporting terms are agreed per campaign in a written insertion order. These terms govern the platform generally; the insertion order governs specific commercial terms.
Traffic quality
We reserve the right to pause or reject traffic sources that fail fraud or quality review, and to adjust billing accordingly.
Liability
KreditBud Performance is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from campaign performance, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance.
