By clicking on ‘I accept’ You also authorize us to give you a call, SMS, IVR & WhatsApp from Kredit Buddy & Kredit Buddy Partners for the above mentioned purposes, the consent also overrides your current TRAI registrations.

We collect your information during account creation and on an ongoing basis from emails, text messages, mobile phone address books, social media profiles, and other authorized sources, combining it to create unique profiles for individuals. Proprietary algorithms are then used to determine whether a specific individual should be offered the Service. Additionally, we provide risk evaluation and management services to Kredit Buddy Partners.

We seek to minimize manual interventions and data review, preferring to offer the Service in a real-time online environment, largely managed by the Company's computer programs, API, or APKs. There might be instances where human access to your information stored in our databases is required for account servicing, we will take appropriate measures to minimize such access to the necessary extent.

If you transact with multiple Kredit Buddy Partners, information may be merged to improve the quality of Services. Deleting information from one Kredit Buddy Partner's database will not remove it from our Services.
